Michelmores Property Award Winner

We are very proud to announce that:

Lloyd’s Lounge cafe bar has won the Michelmores Property Awards – Project of the Year (under £5m).

This is a great achievement for Lloyd and the hard working team who have supported his journey to turn LTG’s bistro into a permanent fixture in Catherine Square.

Lloyds Lounge in Exeter, is Princesshay shopping centre’s first independent restaurant and bar. Accommodating 80 covers, the glass box construction allows for all-weather dining with indoor seating and outdoor space accessible via large bi-fold doors.

The winners were announced at an Awards Dinner on Thursday 7 June at the University of Exeter, hosted by comedian and actor Josh Widdecombe.

We would like to thank the team at Morgan Sindall for entering the project into the awards and for being such warm hosts for the evening.
