The conversion and refurbishment of two commercial units into a cafe bar following careful negotiation with the heritage specialists at Exeter City Council regarding new openings, an improved terrace and relocated interpretation boards facing onto St Catherines Chapel and Almshouses; a scheduled ancient monument.

 

The space is now occupied by Hubbox.
