Bank House
Hereford
In the heart of the Herefordshire countryside we have developed designs for Bank House; a former farmhouse, barn and orchard historically used to produce cider on the banks of the River Lugg. This captivating property, situated in the idyllic parish of Leominster, graces a sprawling acre and a half site. By extending the farmhouse to the rear with a semi-circular bay window overlooking the orchard garden we have almost doubled the internal accommodation. Creating a substantial five bedroom family home, the crowning jewel is the master bedroom suite semi-circular roof terrace.
The garden orchard hosts mature fruit trees and will be supplemented with local species. In the front garden, a veteran Yew tree hugs the boundary with its roots reaching back over 600 years! The project is currently under construction.
