A private chapel for the St Augustine Convent, lying within the Plympton House Estate, the building benefitted from a planning permission to convert into two dwellings. We felt the structure and layout would be more suited to a single dwelling and redesigned the floor plan to suit a generous family home with a vast open plan living, kitchen and dining space. The building is Grade II listed and affects the setting of a Grade I listed house.
