Sensitive enabling works were undertaken to ensure the conversion and long-term preservation of a Grade I listed building located within the Plympton St Maurice Conservation Area. Taking on the role of architectural consultants during the project's delivery stages, we reassessed the planning and layout of the new properties, striving to make them highly appealing to individual buyers' preferences. The integration of various styles and materials within the backdrop of the main house and registered park and garden has resulted in the creation of a delightful gated community set in a secluded environment.
