In the heart of Newton Ferrers, bordering the Conservation Area above the slipway this annexe has panoramic views across the River Yealm to Noss Mayo and The Ship. Hand Drawn Home supported the home owner with the detailed design and construction stages of the project to convert a triple garage into a residential annexe which is ancillary to the main house. The project features a two storey residential conversion as well as a greenhouse and enhanced hard landscaping.
