Stanborough Park

A development of 10 traditional executive homes in both red and blue brick has rejuvenated a former garden nursery site in Elburton which has been vacant for over 20 years. Having been identified for development in the past, previous attempts at gaining planning consent failed. Promotion of the site via the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan allowed for an allocation and subsequent planning consent. We assisted the developer to the point of gaining the planning consent and discharging the planning conditions. We have since been appointed on neighbouring sites who wish to replicate the success of the Haye Road development, which is now nearing completion.
